All Occasions offers a range of modern interiors and accessories to take the strain out of organising and put the finishing touch to your special occasion.

Lighting

Here at All Occasions we pride ourselves on our innovative lighting. The recent introduction of our own design of uplighters has enabled us to create a very special lighting effect, which sends rays of soft coloured light up the walls of the marquee and down the roof sections.

There is always traditional lighting available such as the chandeliers and garland lighting to create a very special appearance. Our starlight lining is particularly effective on an evening, giving the impression of an inky black sky covered with a myriad of twinkling stars on the ceiling of the marquee.

Tables & Chairs

We can provide you with oval, round or rectangular tables in any size to suit your needs as well as an easel for your seating plan.

Our range of chairs covers all events from elegant banqueting chairs to the practical outdoor plastic chair. Our new aluminium range adds a comtemporary feel to an occasion.

Catering

Catering areas are a must-have when an All Occasions marquee is any distance from a kitchen, or if the number of guests you are catering for is too large to accommodate on your own premises.
Catering areas come in various sizes to accomodate all your culinary requirements. We can provide all your cooking and heating accessories, any crokery/cutlery/glass ware, table linen etc., fridges ranging from small bottle fridges up to large refrigeration trailer units.

Flooring

The flooring for your All Occasions marquee is laid to suit your end use. We can lay carpeting on level ground or construct a hard 'floating' floor for more uneven surfaces.
The dance floors are a hard laminate and can be constructed in various shapes and sizes, to hold your band or disco with plenty of room for your guests to dance on. Alternatively you may require a stage for a band or to present from, again we can supply this along with a lectern. External staging for promotional use such as vehicle displays or outdoor concerts can all be arranged.

Electrical

The lighting and some catering facilities used externally will require electrical installation work or a generator supply, we provide the Mains Fuse Boards and leads and set up standard installations but larger installations will require the services of a qualified electrician, again we can organize this for you.

Heating

During the cooler months of the year you may find it necessary to make use of our range of heating accessories. We can provide everything from small cabinet heaters to thermostatically controlled multi point heating systems depending on your requirements.

Toilets

We can arrange the hire of mobile toilets, which come fully fitted with lighting, hand-towels, soap, toilet rolls, hot/cold running water, mirrors and automatic perfume dispensers. Access to a mains power is required and the service requirements are minimal.
